How much will delivery cost? Delivery is free within UK mainland.
When will I get my banner? We aim to get your banner to you within 5 working days, however we ask that you leave 10 working days from the date you will need the banner to allow for any delivery delays.
How do I pay for delivery outside UK mainland? If you require your banner to be delivered outside UK mainland, we ask you add this information in the special requested field when completing your order. We will then confirm the postage costs to you which would be payable using Paypal. Don't worry we will only charge what it costs us to send! Please note that we cannot start your banner design until this delivery charge has been paid. Please also note that you will need to allow at least the 10 working days policy mentioned above from the date of paying the delivery charge.
How do I order a banner with different sizes to what is displayed in the products section? If you require a specific sized banner which you cannot find on our website, simply send us an email with your requirements to info@shout-design.co.uk. We will then send you the cost details of this either via email or phone within 48 hours.
How do I add the photos I want to include within my banner design? During the order process you will be asked if you would like to upload any photos to use within your banner. Here you would also make any special requests.
What file types can I upload? We accept a number of file types including jpg, jpeg, doc, xls, pdf, png, gif, zip, rar, gz. If you have any further queries regarding this please contacts us at info@shout-design.co.uk.
How do I make special requirements for my banner? You will have the opportunity to add any special requirements during the order process.
How do I hang my banner? A few suggestions are using rope, Velcro or strong sellotape. If you need to hang your banner by rope please select this when completing your order so we can insert the holes to the banner to enable this. We do however suggest that you speak to a specialist when hanging your banner to ensure it does not damage the material it is attached to.
Where should I store my banner and keep it clean? We recommend your store your banner within the packaging you receive it in. Please ensure that you clean your hands before handling the banner as grease marks will show. If your banner is an internal banner and not external, we strongly suggest you do not get the banner wet as the colours could run.
