Shout - Terms and Conditions

Shout like to keep our terms and conditions easy, so everyone can undertand them rather than pages of text which doesnt make an awful lot of sense. If for whatever you do not agree these terms then please email us at info@shout-design.co.uk.

In accessing the site www.shout-design.co.uk you are agreeing to these terms.

Shout is part of Shout Resourcing and will be known through this document as Shout as well as throughout the site www.shout-design.co.uk.

Shout is not responsible for any content on www.shout-design.co.uk. Our site is checked regularly for viruses, however we are not to be held responsible if your computer is infected by a virus.

Shout cannot be held responsible for the quality of photos submitted by the user for their banner. We will advice as best we can if a photo is to small, however the final choice is with the user if they want the photo to be used or not. Shout also is not responsible for the banner once it leaves our offices.

Shout will email you the final version of the banner before it is sent to print, in replying to the email you are verifying the banner is acceptable and okay for print. No alterations can be made after this email has been received.

Shout do not offer refunds on any basis as we do all we can to ensure you are involved in the design process and sign off all designs before being printed.

Shout is not liable for any copyright laws on the photos provided by the user. You as the user will ensure that you have the right to use the photo and the permission of everyone included in every photo. Shout will also not be held responsible for any damage the banner may cause to the material it is attached to, we recommend you speak to a specialist before hanging the banner.

If the item is used as a gift or for yourself, and someone does not like the banner, Shout are not responsible for this, the person who signed off the banner design is.

We aim to get your banner with you within 5 working days from date of order. However please ensure you leave 10 full working days for the banner to be delivered from the date of the occasion to allow for any delivery delays.

If you need your banner delivered outside UK mainland, please specify this when completing your order. There may be an additional charge for this at a later date, however rest assured, we only charge you what it costs us to make the delivery. Please allow extra delivery time if you are outside UK mainland.

All payments are processed using Paypals service. We also accept payments by cheque and commence work once the cheque has cleared. All payments must be made in full before work can commence.

Shout will not pass on your details to any third party. Nor will it hold any card details.
